Business Intelligence and OLAP with Priority Software provided by TechCM

Dashboards

Easily accessible from within the Priority software, or from Microsoft Outlook, Dashboards give you a look at condensed information from within the Priority ERP software in real time so that you can view live data on Sales Opportunities, Orders, Profit and Loss and more.

You can select, arrange or hide parts of each displayed area as needed. You can view your data as a chart, graph, pie or report, and the revolutionary graphic tools in Priority ERP Software allow you to alter the display, in addition to providing rotation and slicing movement. You can drill down to the details in a particular slice of a pie or information in the OLAP report, and even print directly from the Dashboard.

Priority ERP Software comes equipped with a number of pre-defined Dashboards and OLAP reports for key users, such as the CFO, Sales Manager and more.

KPIs

One of the new features of Priority's Dashboards are dials representing key performance indicators, or KPIs, of select matrices of your data. Define percentage parameters for each gauge, which will not only be reflected on the KPI dials, but also serve as indicators in the OLAP reports. KPI dials are particularly effective visualization tools which enable users to track and monitor the metrics they are responsible for, as well as compare actual performance to predefined targets.

OLAP Reports

OLAP reports are another tool available for analyzing key business data in Priority ERP software, and are accessible both within the Priority menu options and from Dashboards. KPIs are clearly indicated by colored dots to reflect the values defined. Easy-to-use icons at the top of the report allow you to set such definitions as the period to display data, data range, and display options. Break down the data and select from a wide range of available slicing and dicing options. Click on the graph icons to view the data in a particular cross-section and see a graphic representation of the data at any time. All hyper-linked values within the OLAPs enable you to drill down further in the data, even down to a particular invoice, for example.

OLAP Reports are available throughout the system including additional modules such as the WMS Warehouse Management System and more.

Data Cubes

Data cubes are one of the more advanced features of Priority's Business Intelligence functionality. For any block of information that you can access via OLAP reports, you can also generate a data cube and analyze your data in depth in Microsoft Excel. This feature allows you not only to work with your data offline, but also to choose the parameters that are of interest to you and to design the report to suit your requirements. Select what will be displayed in rows and columns and what data you want to see. Insert charts and graphs, minimize particular fields in the datasheet, or rearrange the order of the columns to see breakdowns of different patterns. As with OLAP reports, you can use these cubes to slice and dice your data at will and display it in a variety of views and formats quickly and easily. You can now spend more time analyzing the data, and less time gathering and arranging it.
