ImplementationAt TechCM our level of customer service does not stop when we sell you a product or service. We work closely with each and every client to ensure that systems and software are implemented at each level of the client. We provide training, support and back-up to the degree that the client deems necessary. We will map out a customized plan, tailored to your business. Each area of the business will be addressed. With the installation, we offer the option to receive further training and service. A customized service agreement is available for each client. For Priority ERP Software installation and implementation, TechCM works individually with each project manager prior to installation to insure that each step of the installation process is managed correctly. We take great care in creating the initial plan and customizing each plan to the customer. No business is an exact match of any other business and each deserves to be treated that way. During the initial evaluation, TechCM’s experts will assess what business processes are currently in place. This requires an on-site visit with key members of the company. We will spend time with the accounting department to understand what methods are currently in use. Our experts will visit with inventory and warehouse managers to determine what their day-to-day operations entail and what processes they need in place to be successful. TechCM will also meet with the sales, marketing and human resource departments to ascertain what their current needs are and how we can best meet those needs. After meeting with the departments and general management, TechCM will meet with the Project Manager (or business management team if requested) and present the custom installation and training plan. We want to be sure that the customer is confident in the installation plan before we begin. Agreeing on all aspects of the installation and training process makes for an easy transition to the Priority ERP software package and ensures your implementation is smooth and efficient. |
